Q1Order cancellation

You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours after you place it. To cancel your order, send an email from the contact page or call 231 053 5112 Monday-Friday 09: 00-20: 00.

Q2 Order return

You have the right to return or change all or part of the order within 30 calendar days from the date you receive it. If the return is not made within 30 days then Aris Furs may not accept it. To exercise the right of return – change, you must send the product in perfect condition, in which you received it, and be complete, without damage and without removing the special markings of the product, in the package you received. The product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (eg Retail Receipt, Shipping Receipt, Invoice, etc.). The products are returned by you exclusively with the transport courier ELTA COURIER.

Q3Shipping costs

In case the reason for return is a mistake of Aris Furs, the entire amount paid by the customer is refunded. In case the customer wishes the return of his order without the fault of Aris Furs, the return costs are deducted from the returned amount and amount to 5 €. In case of product change, through no fault of Aris Furs, the customer is charged 5 € shipping costs for the change. Refunds are processed within 30 working days from the date we receive the products. Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with Aris Furs, either via email from the contact page or by phone.
